The agreement is made as of July 03, 2024 between

(hereinafter “Client”)

Megan del Valle

Samuel Fisher

(hereinafter “Business Owner(s)”

1. Description of services:

This agreement constitutes an order for photography services, and any additional services outlines above in the Package description. It is agreed by both parties, Business Owner(s), and Client, as described above. Client agrees to pay the Total Amount by the Final Payment Due Date, as defined above.

2. Photographer Rights:

It is understood that any and all photographs, videos, or other created media, and all rights to them remain the property of the Business Owner(s).

3. Client Rights:

Regarding the photographs, videos, or other created media, Client’s rights are limited to personal use. These items cannot be sold or used in advertising unless otherwise specified by the Business Owner. When used for personal use, it is of best practice to tag or otherwise mention the Business Owner(s).

4. Limitations of Liability:

The Business Owner(s) limits any liability for loss, injury, death, or inability to perform the photography service for any reason. Failure to deliver for any reason will result in a refund from the Business Owner(s).

5. Indemnification:

Client hereby agrees to indemnify, release, discharge, and hold harmless the Business Owner(s), its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees, or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of the Business Owner(s) from and against any liability or claims arising as a result of any work done related to this agreement.

6. Transfer:

This agreement cannot be transferred between Business Owner(s) and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Business Owner(s) and Client.

7. Entire Agreement:

This is the entire agreement between Business Owner(s) and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Business Owner(s) and Client.

8. Leave No Trace Principals:

During our time we will follow the rules of Leave No Trace. It is important that we are protecting and caring for the land for future generations. Any actions going against these preventative measures will be made known. Any and all vendors, guests, and others involved should be made aware of these rules, as well.

9. Digitally signing this agreement has the same effect as manually signing a paper original contract.
